Spin is an app that lets you find clothing for special occasions. On the SPIN screen you can swipe right for items you like and left for the ones you don’t. These will be saved to your “Saved” screen from which you can see more details and the profiles of the owners of the items you saved. You can then request trades and message them personally to arrange a price, a duration and a pick up point.
A post offends me / is inappropriate / is impersonating someone else / contains illicit content. What can I do?
Under every dress listing, above the photo and to the right of the profile username you can find a “+” button that lets you report the item and give a brief description of the nature of your concern. We will review this regularly and remove inappropriate posts.
A user is harassing me. What can I do?
On the top right corner of your conversation with this user you will be able to find a “+” button from which you can block said user. You can then remove the block from the settings screen which you access by tapping the cog wheel on your profile page.
What is the difference between “Confirm” and “Delete” on the Requests Screen?
Confirm tells the app that you have borrowed the item. If both you and the owner confirm, the “number of exchanges” counter in your profile will increase by one.
